Registration and trial application details, football information, development assessments, media consented to by the player or guardian, and account information for platform access.
Protection of minors
For any player under 18, parent or guardian consent is recorded before a public profile, photograph or video is published, and before any scouting communication takes place. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
What is never public
Phone numbers, email addresses, guardian contact details, emergency and medical information, documents, internal coach notes and private assessments are never displayed on public pages.
Security
Access is role-based and enforced on the server. Data access rules are applied at the database level so private records cannot be reached through public pages or endpoints.
Contact
To request access, correction or deletion of personal information, contact the academy using the details on the contact page. This policy is a working draft and must be reviewed by the academy before publication.
